Canadian Upstream Projects
HoupuBrightSpot has set up its 100% subsidiary inCalgary, Alberta of Canada, HoupuBrightspotInternational(Canada) Ltd. for investment and operation of Canadian oil and gas projects.
Thebusiness in Canada focuses applying latest drilling and completion technology for mature field step out, smart work over of wells for stimulation,
reprocessing and interpretation of seismic to identify the lowriskdrilling and work over targets.
Drilling& Completion Operation, work over and Production in Canada with high HSE standard.
HoupuBrightSpot plans to drill 20 wells in Alberta within 2 years and targeting3000BOEPD production.
China Domestic Oil & Gas Upstream Project
Yongfenglocates in the world class oil and gas rich Junggarbasin in western China. The basin is producing about 250,000BOEPD.
Yongfengwas awarded to Xingkaiinvestment with operatorship in 2021 and is an oil and gas exploration block. Several oil and gas prospects are already identified withestimated OOIP of 370million Barrels and OGIP of 1TCF.
PNG Upstream West Energy Project
Western Energy Project(WEP) is located in the tropical rainforest area of the West Province of Papua New Guinea, about 550 kilometers from the sea.
There are 6 oil and gas blocks covering ~7,000 sq km. The project has 1.73 trillion cubic feet of recoverable natural gas resources and 73.8 million barrels of recoverable condensate resources, totaling about 362 million barrels of recoverable oil equivalent.
Targeting production of 260MMSCF/day of gas production, 14,000BOPD of condensate and about 8000Bbl/day of LPG with oil equivalent production about 56,000BOEPD. Part gas will be marketed by LNG.
